Glad you put the best one on top. Love the rear view and the shadows on the tree. Nice butt!
The people in the lake are slightly weird. They don't seem to be aware that they have company. The man on our left front view. Looks like his penis has just been stuck on. The one to the right has boobs for a butt. Thke women are better. Interesting!!
Nice to see your ed chinese bridge again. Or maybe it is a different one. Maybe there are lots of red chinese bridges in the states. It certainly throws a punch against the bare winter branches.
No comment on the last one except I like your hat.
Several typos in there but reckon you know what I mean
har-de-le har har har--I got a HUGE chuckle out of your comments.
The red bridge is in the Japanese garden at Cranbrook and I'm sure I've posted several times before--can't resist!
The people in the lake are a fountain--it looks better when the fountain is turned on. But of course, it has been too cold. I like it a lot in spite of its weirdness.
Hard for me to find good walk-around-the-block pix in this bleak season!
by the way, off topic, I am rereading a book that takes place in London and England (Reading etc) called The Third Angel by Alice Hoffman, an American writer, but it is fun to hear about places I've never been.
I think she's an american writer, anyway.
Mary - had fun looking around this block - I can only imagine how cold it must be for the fountain people, if the water was turned on it would be amazing, they would all be framed in ice. I like the people and will post a similar sculpture I took in Wellington. Leigh took a look at your fountain folk too :-)
Love your hat Mary, I'm sure I've heard of that book, I love reading and as I have just finished "Once on a Moonless Night" by Dai Sijie, I will check "The Third Angel Out" and I will know who to blame if it's a "dud" 8-)
My ex Eric is going to Reading this afternoon with Carol they hope for the last time. Her dad lived there and he has died so I guess they have business to clear up.
